About client
Over a year ago, we were approached to contribute to the development of an iOS app, integrate Bluetooth devices, and finalize the Android app build-out for a leading U.S. startup specializing in plant care solutions. They recognized the growing demand for user-friendly and technologically advanced tools to simplify and enhance the plant care experience.

- Elevate the design and development process to optimize efficiency

What We Did
We embarked on a series of strategic initiatives and implemented various solutions to effectively tackle the multifaceted challenges encountered. Our team diligently addressed different project aspects, ensuring successful execution and the attainment of set objectives. - Provide a dedicated team in the same time zone for faster communication and development.
- Provide additional flows and rules for better team organization.
- Analyze the initial iOS app and provide a plan for Android app development. This stage improved our general understanding of existing projects, and we made initial documentation.
- Use a modern software architecture for mobile apps. This resulted in a decrease in the number of issues and a speed-up of new development.

- More than $65K has been raised through Kickstarter and startup competition thanks to changes to the app.
- Top 25% in monthly subscription retention across all iOS apps.
- The revenue has continued to grow by 45% MoM(!) since the application launch.
